Ruling 16.8 says that tyres must be pneumatic (with or without tubes).

My tyres however have 'Tubeless' moulded on them.

Running a Tubeless tyre with a tube runs the risk of overheating the tyre (increased rubber for hysteresis and increased friction inner and outer tubes). A Scrutineer might object to a tube in a tubeless tyre on principle.

You may find that the holes designed for a tubeless valve may need some attention if they are not going to damage the tyre valve on a tube.

Having said that, I don't think it is actually illegal or particularly dangerous.
