Not a massively difficult job to true it back up if you have access to a lathe. Use a short straight length of axle to clamp to and support the carrier while you true the bolt faces back up.

True the disk and carrier individually. You don't want to true the disk up bolted to a bent carrier.

I like to skim my disks regularly anyway as it's the easiest way to deglaze them and roughen up the surface.
