The thing is, once everyone starts emptying bins and other areas crumble, people will move to the crumbling areas and make them efficient and cared for, then once that is full people would move elsewhere, and the cycle continues.

I agree not everyone can be a businessman, and not everyone would. In a free market people would be payed what they are worth. Obviously more people are able to be bin men than scientists, so the supply of labor is greater and the price is lower.

If there was not such an easily obtainable dole money then people would HAVE to go to work, and because they are forced they would work for lower wages. Once that manufacturing process becomes efficient the manufacturer can spread the wealth to the workers, and the community. It benefits everyone.

The reason why no-body has a job nowdays is because there are no factories and we manufacture NOTHING, because the costs simply got too high with unions and people demanding higher wages, and that caused unbalance in the economy.

For example you can only make oranges I only make apples. The trade is good, everyone is happy. My workers go on strike and want more money, which means the cost of my apples rise and you can no longer buy them with your oranges and your workers need a wage increase to maintain their purchasing power...
