The valves can get ripped out when someones rear bumper gets stuck in your rim when you're bumping around with someone on the track.

You sometimes don't even notice the tyres gone flat, just a bit of a handling change because the chassis are stiff.

Don't use Fairy as it corrodes the ali, use a proper tyre paste which is more slippery and also doesn't send the tyre sniffers into apoplexy.

Once you se the principal behind changing tyres, you understand where you're trying to get the tyre bead in relationship to the rim.

New tyres are hard to do, old tyres are a doddle.

It's easier when everything is nice and warm.
