Hootsman

Just had a thought on those rubber inserts in the resevoir caps.If the reservoir is filled and then the rubber inserts fitted isnt the idea that they displace the fluid to the correct level and that because they are soft rubber they adjust according to the fluid level.Wouldnt this prevent an overfill of the system
