I was being ironic. Those of us with a dyno, business or individuals, invest large amounts of time and money to get the information you're asking for.

I think it is clear though that good parts selected engines are better than standard race prepared ones. However, there's not as much difference as you might think and a good driver should be able to compensate against a lesser driver. The problem comes of course when you have equal drivers!!!
