- All 4 wheels dont make contact with the floor
- There are crease lines in the paint
- Particuarly adverse tyre wear
- It is being sold at a particuarly low price for no obvious reason
- There is evidence of welding repairs
- The bumpers and bars have been bent to fit

Aside from the first one, none of those are conclusive, but can be things to look out for

The only true test is to get it on the bench and check for irregularities in the shape or adverse weight distribution
