Hi, to me this does still sound like a carb problem, but you say you have changed them, when tested how did they pop off? you could try changing the sprak plug, try a different coil? i have had this before wheras like you say we have changed carbs ect, and it has found to be a dodgy coil, replaced it with a new one and was fine, and you say the piston is new, is this to say you was running in? as just a thought if you was, maybe you are running to rich and by planting your foot, its flooding the engine, hence making it die until lifting of where you cut off the vast fuel intake.
