Hi All

Please be VERY AWARE that when you are selling stuff, that you maybe contacted via mail asking to buy your kit, and then sending the kit via a courier, and sending the remaining funds...via wire transfer. Im quite amused that ive had 2 serious people, and 5 wanting to send me large bankers drafts (all sold now, so this isnt an advert)

The type of message is

Subject: Hello Seller

Hello Seller,
My Name is William james.
I'm a citizen of United Kingdom, but I have all my business with my family in United State of America.
I have the intention of purchasing your advert for sale.
I'll pay you with a UK cheque, and wait for the clearance before the pick up arrangement.
Concerning the shipping arrangement,my shipping company will come for the pick up once the transaction has been sealed.
If this is okay with you,do get back to me with your LAST PRICE so that I can forward the payment to you.
Regards,

for which i couldnt help myself and replied with

Hello buyer

I also have a business in the states, bad times at the mo, so i guess you are pennyless aswell !!! I have a bankers draft that i will send to you, if you will then send the rest of the money back to me via wire transfer, im not really worried if you have anything for sale, as im only after you sending me money....so i can rip you off.

If this is OK with you, please go to hell, as i dont give a monkeys testical what you want, unless you are sending me CASH :)

Have a good weekend, i hope that you get caught, and that you fall under a truck that maybe passing by shortly.

Regards
J

SO SELLERS BEWARE. The Police will do nothing, and even when reported to the banks, they wont do anything until the cheque/bankers draft is cashed!!! and by then...you will have lost your kit, and lots of money.
