I was under the impression that FOM captured, processed and uplinked all the coverage from all the circuits.

Perhaps they just own the rights.

Brian, perhaps Bernies Cronies was a bit of an insult but it was intendd to poke a bit of fun at the Money machine known as FOM.

Anyway, found this earlier whilst re-searching. It kind of raises more questions than answrers. It is however nearly a year old. Partially encouraging but I am trying to see through the spin!!
