Unico 08 Bodywork
Drivers should note that the popular Unico ‘08’ bodywork will go out of homologation on 1st January 2009, but the MSA have agreed it MAY still be allowed in all classes during 2009.
Apparently not all manufacturers have re-homologated their first offerings of the crash tested bodywork. KG are hopefully going to continue manufacturing this edition of their sidepods etc for spares.

The blue book says

Short Circuit Karts
154. All short circuit karts must be fitted with bumpers and bodywork providing front, rear and side protection.
All bodywork fitted to short circuit karts (with the exception of Cadets) must be CIK Crash-Tested and Homologated, with the sole exception of the rear protection. CIK Crash-Tested and Homologated
bodywork will be mandatory for the Cadet Class for
newly homologated chassis from 1st January 2010.

Looks like another one that slipped through the net.

Get your hand in your pocket and buy new bodywork and bars for 2009 with a CIK11 Homologation

Unless you know different?
