Don't limit yourself to the one class (as a variety of other people have told you).
Quite simply, the fun in karting isn't the pure speed, nor can you compare the karts on pure speed alone. There is no such thing as a 'best class'.
For example, the Rotax appears quicker than Blue / TKM /Easykart but that is mainly to do with tyres (very sticky) and the power valve. When it kicks in, the kart accelerates very quickly.
Formula Blue is an "equalised" class, so that all drivers have engines and kart weights that give them similar performance, so drivers cannot complain that it is their weight or size that puts them at a disadvantage. Due to a different carburettor, Blues are often quicker through a corner than a Rotax but lose out in that initial pickup when the Rotax power valve cuts in. With harder tyres than Rotax, they require an entirely different technique to drive fast.
TKMs have a different approach to equalisation. They restrict the chassis and have no 'advanced' settings like caster/camber/ rear axle height and have much harder tyres. As a result they slide into corners much more than a Blue or Rotax and thus have yet again a different driving technique.
Easykart on the other hand seem to be extremely restricted in the number of tracks where you can race them, so I've never actually seen or driven one in the wild. (I've seen one "in captivity" at Kartmania)
However all of them have the same problem. When you are approaching a bend flat out (and they all reach approximately the same speed, whether 100, 115 or 125 cc) you need to hit the braking point exactly. Those braking points are at different positions on the track, slightly closer for the Rotax (sticky tyres) and slightly further back for the TKM (harder tyres) but you still have to find them or an alternative if there is some one else there already.
Nor is the sport measured by the amount of money you can throw at it. You can get the same fun driving a TKM as you can a Rotax, though I agree not having to worry whether you can afford the next set of tyres can be nice. But the motorhome and the travelling championship wil happily absorb all you want to spend, whatever the class!
