I've just spent 2 hours bleeding the brakes on my evo the seals in the master cylinder and caliper are newish and in the correct way and not leaking and the pads are quite new but I can only get one side to bleed through as it should.

I am using the correct brake bleeding tool and using a large volume of fluid in the reservoir but still not flowing through cleanly.

also when I lock off the bleed screws and take off the bleed tool the master cylinder is not full to the top.

I never had any problems with the brake on my topkart viper which is the same brake without the master cylinder adjuster so can't work out whats wrong.

Why couldn't they fit bleed nipples instead of screws!

Anyone got any idea's?
