But he is NOT elected by those who MATTER..... the DRIVERS!

Secondly, we HAD someone who fitted that bill WAY back in the 1970s....... and that's when we got the 135cc karts which were NOT designed to be good for karting...... just someone's POCKET!

A 'benign despot' exists in the same place as the tooth fairy, Tinkerbell and ther Easter Bunny! Adults know the TRUTH about these things!
