ive never been a fan of groups,meetings and discussiions.i dont like it in my work either.art by committee just brings mediocrity(sorry about any spelling!).

i find things get done much quicker with one person at the helm.the only problem is that with a dictatorship there is always the real possibility that your not going to agree with what that one person wants to do and they may well do more harm than good!
