It is unusual that both plugs should not be sparking, the spark is very faint it may just be that you cannot see them. If you are absolutely sure that there is no spark, try removing the purple wires from the coils (these are from the kill switch) and try to start it again. Note that you will have to choke the engine to turn it off.
