Simon, as someone who did bother to attend the AGM on behalf of DKRC I thought you would want to know that the NKRA were back-handidly criticised for never sending anyone to the meetings, despite having a seat on the "top table" of the committee.

I have sympathy with your views about committees, but don't seriously think you believe that our sport can find an alternative (workable) management system which will be any better.

Just like racing, where "To win it" you first must be "In It", I would have thought that the only way to change the ABKC is from inside not standing outside.

Maybe, upon reflection of my own words, DKRC should think about re-joining NKRA in 2010 as we aren't doing so in 2009.
