Would be easier to enforce?

I belive so! How many tracks do you know where its quicker to put four wheels of the track. I raced at pretty much every track in the country and you rarely see four wheels over the white line, unless you are at kim or somewhere like that.

If you say that the white line is the edge of the track and you cannot put 1 wheel over, EVERY SINGLE CORNER then has to be looked at, whereas if you have it as 2 wheels, marshals drivers etc. no where these points are where (Maybe just maybe) four wheels off the track my be faster, it then makes it alot easier for the officials

as for the advantage of not using the track under current regulations you are correct its not the track. HOWEVER it is part of the track and as far as im concerned i dont think you have left the track until four wheels are over the white line (that should be the rule), therefore using kerbs are part of the track and should be allowed, its a skill they are there and we all want to take the fastest line possible, you cant tell me you would rather not see kerbs used, it makes driving soooo much more fun, technical and seperates the really fast to the fast.

IM not arguing with you about what the rule says and im not arguing with the fact that i think the rule should be enforced! Becuase i dont. I think the rule is written wrongly and should be changed.

Would you then be happy?

Matt
