Steve, you are absolutely right, and these two/three threads on the same subject will support your view. There is only one or two people here who seem to have "a problem" with the so called cheating. Even the MSA have signalled the fact that they don't have a problem with kerb riding by the fact that they have dictated the compulsory sporting of guess what: "kerb riding brake disk protection".
I think one or two people here ought to shut up and move on, pick on real issues, the so called problem didn't start yesterday, it isn't "a problem" and it ain't going to disappear soon either. On top of that the CofC's are aware of the issue and (Ian, I and everyone else have witnessed it at driver's briefings) they deal with it as local needs arise.
