In Tennis the ball cannot COMPLETELY go the other side of the white line. Only a small fraction of it has to touch the line.

i.e If a part of the kart is touching or the correct side don't see why not! The kart has NOT left the track. If ALL 4 WHELLS then yep, peanalise the driver.

It would be IMPOSSIBLE not to touch the line and anyway, who would notice!

Just need to stop people chopping the whole corner. Easily solved with tyres, large curbs whatever. Driving half your kart over a kurb flat out is half the fun, and if I can get all 4 wheels off the ground then I'm really impressed! Don't know if the rule applies vertically.....
