No, that's TRIPE!

With ALL rules! You simply have to enforce the rules on a FEW high profile drivers (after warning the WHOLE grid in the driver's briefing) and doing it VISIBLY!

By the end of the second heat.... you'll have almost NO cheating. You MAY need to enforce it a few more time but it will be VERY occasional!

Look at the effect which occurred at Kim over 'no engine running outside parc-ferme'. They enforced it ONCE on a high profile team and NO ONE does it now!

All drivers want is the rules to be enforced FAIRLY and CONSISTENTLY! When you start this process of NOT enfordcing the rules, then you WILL get the problems. This is called 'Zero Tolerance' and it has been PROVEN to work!

And you STILL haven't told me WHY you surround the track with White Lines! Why ARE they there????? What is the POINT of them? What are they SUPPOSED to do? We both know what they are SUPPOSED to do...... it's just that you don't WANT them to DO the job..... isn't it???

And you STILL haven't explained to me WHY you can't paint the white lines OUTSIDE the kerbs! That would solve BOTH our 'problems'. I have a STRONG suspicion WHY you wouldn't want to do it and it's BECAUSE of the INSURANCE cover....... but I thought that you didn't ACCEPT such 'limitations' ..........
