I am looking for a definitive answer on sprocket sizes and the difference in torque/pull and top speed.

We usually run a 20 on the front and a 71 on the back at Larkhall for the Honda cadet.

Now today and yesterday since it was a bit slippy, I put on a 73 and a 74. My thinking was that it would give less pull through the corners (no sliding) and better top speed. Is this thinking correct?

The more teeth, less pull, less teeth more pull and less of a top speed.

Thanks
