It has just taken me nearly an hour to get a Tryton which I have just cleaned to seal. I used a new gasket set supplied as MSA approved tillotson kit. Black gasket paper (same as old Till Kit for 166b) the gasket is much thinner than the original Tryton. In the end I reverted back to the Tryton gaskets I had taken off.

Anyone else had a problem with Sealing Tryton with Tilly Kit? Any advice? Is there a different middle casting?

Cheers
