As we've discovered elsewhere KG haven't rehomologated the UNICO bodywork, so if you're planning on modifying a kart it would make sense to use a CIK crash tested bodywork set other than UNICO. The MSA have a dispensation to allow use of the UNICO bodywork in 2009 however. We don't know if they'll extend it beyond that. All things considered, you're far better off buying something newer and preferably non UNICO.
