Rears are m8 nylocs, I do them by feel. They need to be tight enough to not come undone! Its a bit difficult to describe but you can do it easily with one hand and hold the wheel with your other hand.

Fronts must have nylocs and they need to be fairly new, the nyloc is all that stops the nut coming off. Tighten up the nut until the spacers on the inside of the wheel go tight, then loosen off until you can turn them with your fingers. Give the wheel a spin and check it spins freely. If it does not spin freely its too tight.
