Hi,
yes it could be the clutch - but it could also be many other things as well. If the clutch is slipping you should see signs of heat build up on the drum or the shoes - a very polished look to the shoes, and a colour change in the drum (blue). I would also look at the fuel pump, a known problem, and cheap to fix. If the coil is faulty you normally get a missfire, rather than lack of power - same with the sensor. But hey, this is Rotax, anything is possible. Good luck tracking down your problem!!
