Hi all,

l have been having real trouble setting up my carbs on my gx160 pro cart. l have tried the .75 jets with the big emilsion tubes but it seems to be running really rich. Tried allsorts to overcome it but but it wont have it at all. l have broke down both carbs and cleaned them out loads of times the power is so bad that I can rev up the engine and hold the rear tyre without much trouble (bogged down) big time. That annoyed I have taken to swapping them back to the original jets and tubes and there is a little power increase. Could any one tell me what the pilot jet/screw should be set at. ie How many turns out from the stop and any views on this problem. Has any one else encountered this problem. Many thanks for your time.

Phil
