Second safety car?

Just watched the highlights clip again on the web, anyone else think that the accident bringing out the safety car was caused due to Massa pulling out of the barriers straight into Sutil's path forcing him to swerve and go into the barrier?

Not digging at Massa or anything like that, but one of the first things you are taught in racing is if you spin out, don't pull back onto the racing line until it's clear and safe to do so!

He just seems to go to pieces when he is having a bad race!
