The difference between MSA Racing and Non MSA racing is that the MSA have tribunal system, the non MSA racing don't so it's straight to the Courts of the Land and they wouldn't uphold it any more than an MSA Tribunal would, in fact many MSA Tribunal decisions are based often with advice of Council on whether it could be held up in further Appeal to the Law Courts, with Non MSA racing you've missed out this middle step and someone else's Council checking it all out for you and paying for the privilege!

No it's not a subject I laugh about and have known the seriousness of the potential consequences since I started researching it with Steve Chapman some years ago now, hence the reason I defend the Control Fuel System every time the subject comes along.
