Surely whether its club level or not, if you strongly suspect somebody of cheating using fuel you could protest and ask them to be fuel sampled?

I've been on long circuit just over 2 years now, twice i've been fuel sampled, these are done each meeting, taken from 3 karts at random. In my 8 years on short circuit i never saw once a fuel sample being taken at a club meeting and had one taken..

People think they can get away with it because at club meetings not many checks seem to be performed.. People would be more likely to be deterred from even thinking about cheating if there was a chance they'd be caught.
