Whilst I'd agree with you in general (you do have to drive realistically in Rfactor/IRacing) it is still a computer game. For instance I raced for a league with the F1 2011 mod in RFactor, the racing was brilliant and it was very realistic but the car setups that the quick guys were using were completely unrealistic and illogical.

I love the sims, have raced in leagues and competitions and tested alot of the best sims like the IZone simulator, but to suggest that a driving talent is transferable to a simulator is abit much.
