Bring back deliveries by barge on the canals. Ban lorries in daylight and make them drive only at night when roads are emptier and kids are in bed and cant get mown down and most car drivers are at the pub or in bed. or ban lorries altogether over 25 ton, therefore creating demand for even more lorries and employment prospects, oh no, that wont work as we will clam the roads up even more :}
Why not make foreign lorries pay an entry tax?
why are we discussing lorries?
