Lol i think its fab we will get the stadium on a 125 minimum year lease. Not have to pay anything other than Ł2m a year rent and the taxpayer converts it for us saving us Ł30-Ł40m. We flog Upton Park banking all the money and then in prob in 10 years time buy it of the government nice and cheap and tear up the running track clause. Happy days. Cheers Tottenham.
