you obviously are having trouble reading the lap time data then
its a moot point at which point a set of tyres should give the fastest lap time
it depends on a lot of things. you could easily ruin a set on the first lap.
button only slows on the last lap. maybe he could have gone 5secs a lap faster on the previous laps tho

yeah, so totally different to what you said initially
its more like they were doing consistent times for the given tyres, i.e. hamilton faster due to newer softs.
so it comes down to track position. had it rained do you think things would have been exactly the same?
