Put simply, he's a better driver
Mmm, i'll say no to that one. He's a faster driver yes, not a better driver. On the practice runs he was sometimes faster than Lewis, but always in touch. The only big gap of the weekend was in quali. He would have more points than Lewis at this point in the season but for his DNF's which haven't been his fault.
It's well talked about that McClaren always let their drivers race until the last pitstop, even from years back, but look at the races where Lewis has burnt up his tyres, burnt up his fuel and Jenson has caught him in the latter stages of the racing, only to be given 'a message' from the team.
As for a petulant child, I thought Alonso was going to stamp his feet, great body language between him and Lewis. And I really think Vettel has really matured since last year in his post race interview.
