Doesn't seem fair to me, looks like they are more concerned with slowing the Redbulls down, I can't see how changing the engine set-up is a problem. Surely it's common sense that you would set it up differently to get one or two quick laps out of it than you would for getting reliability.

I'm all for getting rid of the blown diffusers but this rule change seems a bit silly.
