This is an interesting one:

First thoughts are that it could be a big hit with the kids who have been pretty much priced out of driving on the roads. The design doesn't look cool like a sporty car but then again neither does the tiny little Peugeots, Seats, Daewoos etc, they all drive.

It could be really fun to drive one of these, possibly a bit like a kart and if the insurance is a lot cheaper than a car (it's not classed as a car) then I think this could be a huge success.

It seems very interesting...
