Crutchlow converts a good 8th place on the grid to an 11th place finish behind his teammate Edwards, must be his hand injury kicking in. Rossi turns 9th around on the grid to a 7th place finish, despite his shoulder injury which slowed him in qualifying. Stoner & Jorge a class apart at the moement, although Simoncelli's begining to look very tasty - of course none of them were carrying injuries like Pedrosa did in 3rd.

Then again all this ignores the fact that motorcycle racers are always carrying injuries of some sort, just the old school didnt have PR people who dwelt on them.
