Why shouldn't Fernandes have been allowed to use Lotus' name? They did a naming rights deal for last year that Group Lotus have since refused for this year.

Group Lotus have absolutely NO RIGHTS OVER TEAM LOTUS WHATSOEVER!

The argument has nothing to do with funding. Group Lotus say that Hunt didn't own the name Team Lotus to sell it to Fernandes, yet Hunt bought the rights off the Chapmans and Group Lotus back in the 90's!

Quick question then. Why did Group Lotus agree to sell the Hingham factory to Fernandes? They were happy until he wanted to change to Team Lotus.
