E-Bay - How long to wait??

Neem selling off bits and pieces from my karting life. So far so good, a few pennies here a few pennies there, everything near enough was 99p starts.

But one item, one of my litres of oil sold to a chap 10 days again, I have sent the invoice twice, and two messages, the most recent of which asked if he was intending to pay, or was waiting for another auction to finish as I had stated that if you buy/win more than one item I will combine postage costs.

No response to anything.

Ebay will let me know raise a "resolution centre", but still trying to end this fairly and friendly as I am assuming they are a fellow karter.

Any help, pointers or should I now go to this resolution centre and see if that works?
