The argument used by rpatrese is valid. It is not logical, in the same way preferring apples over oranges is not logical, but it is valid.

Again, correct me if I'm wrong, but you seem to be saying that it cannot be said that allowing children to ride motorbikes for the thrill is OK without also saying that children should be allowed to take heroin for the thrill. This is simply not the case. It is a case of judgement, preference, morals etc. Your argument may be valid, but it has no relevance.
