Don`t worry about it mate, I`m no expert either and I struggled for an hour or two, but what I did was to download a program called `doubletwist` (just google it).

I download most of my music from limewire.com (free).

So, when you have finished downloading from limewire, connect up your phone to your laptop/desktop via usb.

Once done you should get a screen up on your phone offering 4 choices. Choose disk drive, when you have, doubletwist should launch itself and sync your downloads on to your phone.

Occasionally, for some reason, it doesn`t go straight to sync, but if not, you can choose options from the left hand side of the doubletwist screen and set up the sync yourself....

Works for me anyway......lol
