I think it was a team order to hold position, in code. I also think Jenson didn't believe it but Lewis did and after the race Lewis was completely puzzled about what exactly was going on. His mind was working overtime trying to work out whether there really was a fuel problem or whether it was a disguised team order.

If it was a team order then I just wish the team would stay out of it. The two drivers are the best for racing wheel to wheel with, both Lewis and Jenson race hard but fair and they are both perfectly capable of racing wheel to wheel without knocking each other off. You can't aay that about most of the drivers on the grid.
