I think that no doubt the great Damon would allow himself a slight smerk, however he didnt write the rule after the event, it was already writen. To me MS always seemed to know the rule book backwards, shame he slipped up this time. ;-) Damon for Primeminister or King!!! I think it shows massive amounts of character and a true sportsman/race driver the effort he has put into retaining the British Grand Prix after he retired as a driver. A debt all racing drivers in this country owe him. And last point - mainly for the newbies - a driver is responcible for himself and his teams behaviour (including anyone that works on their car/kart) throughout the meeting. So if ya nan get aggie with the clerk, you'll pay for it!!!
