.....BT are just as bad, a couple of months ago the same thing, bill (again taken by direct debit) suddenly an extra 20 quid.......EXACTLY the same `explanation` as Vodafone.

This is legal robbery (or, is it actually legal?, their explanation means absolutely NOTHING to me, or I would imagine, any other customer.

The bottom line is, they are suddenly billing everyone about 20% extra, for NO apparant reason.
I wouldn`t mind SO much, if they were simply billing you `up front`, and the money would be refunded in your next payment, but NO, your next bill will be back to it`s usual level, so, there is NO other explanation other than they are making extra money out of you, me and thousands of others for absolutely NOTHING!!!!

I don`t mind paying for ANYTHING if I have had some extra service or whatever, but this is just ridiculous........however, I am sure if I was to read the small print of my contract it will tell me that they are entitled to rip me off in whatever way they deem fit, without any recourse whatsoever.

The only recourse I have is to p*** them off at the end of my contract.
