Well, that video has made it even easier for me to argue my point, thank you.
You say he arrived at excess speed. The white line is after the bend, so he wouldn't have had his pit lane speed limiter on at that point. Surely this would make it easier for him to drop it and then make some half hearted attempts to try and correct it, (just look at the body language, way too relaxed for the situation in hand I think).
At 0.01 of the video he applys oversteer lesiurely. now, considering the rear loaded tyre would've had next to no grip, this would've made the loss of grip more sudden so surely the oversteer correction should've been quicker and sharper. He then straightens the wheel so it's pointing straight towards the gravel trap and then when he begins to enter it, he then only applies slight left lock and not full which is what anyone else would've done if they hadn't been told to sacrifice their almost dead cert title to a rival team.
In fact, he only apply's full lock when he's fully in the gravel trap about a foot or so from the tyre barrier. Then there's ron's comedy acting at 0.18, It was on par with Schumi's Monaco 06 oscar winning performance when he stopped at rascasse.
Oddly enough, you haven't mentioned the events at Brazil which I've brought up in previous posts. Can I assume you agree with me on that? (Tee Hee).
