Barrichello. That would be the man who has spent much of his time as a number 2 in "Brawn run" teams.
I have it on very good authority that Rubens stopped the "two way" communication on set up etc following his outburst accusing the team of favouritism, which has since been re established just prior to Monza, at the inststance/demand of Brawn, coincidentally when Button returns to form.
