I read with interest and have to say no great suprise - Ecclestone's comment that he thinks the ban on Briatore is 'too harsh' and 'he should appeal' and I wonder what message this sends to mortals outside of the F1 fraternity and secondly, if a driver in let's say Formula Kart Stars which is endorsed or backed or whatever by Ecclestone, went and did the same thing to enable a team mate to gain an advantage - what would everyone think/say. I reckon it would be to never let the people behind it back in the sport.

God forbid anyone got hurt!

I will watch the race this weekend but beginning to wonder with this sort of comment whether it's becoming more like a circus each day!

But you can see how Ecclestone got to where he has with that mindset!
