to attract more team then why do they insist on a $50m bond to be paid up front,i'd of thought it was the first thing to be looked at.
Also,to introduce a budget cap only 1 season after a complete overhaul of the rules is mind boggling,teams need money to develop the cars,hang on just thought......if you don't agree to cap your spend to $45m then we (FIA) will empose restrictions,little or no testing,banned development so run what ya brung,OR if you do agree to the cap then its more technical freedom and test to your hearts content,but surely running a test team,building another car,using engines,tyres,developing and making parts all costs money......what,to do all that within a $45m budget,something doesn't add up to me
