"My argument was that I KNEW the 'secret contract' MUST have existed simply becasue of all the plain LUDICROUS decisions given in FAVOUR of FIAt by the FIA."
Ian, the only thing we **know** is the Ferrari Veto. Which seemed to completely pass me by in 2005, but as shown by DavidMC's link (and I'm not saying I totally agree with all of his points) the Veto was known well before now. And this particular part of the contract would have **nothing** to do with the 'ludicrous' decisions. This is because the veto, as we know it, doesn't apply to those.
So I ask you this Ian, what actual fresh evidence to suggest anything has actually been revealed in recent weeks? It appears the Veto has been known for years, (and the better financial postion, and their more important place in the FIA)
The Veto deal doesn't extend far enough to do what you think has happened, thus you'd need an additional 'secret deal' and I can't possibly see how you can **know** that this secret deal exists. Perhaps you'd enlighten me?
